Hand Baggage

The total weight of hand baggage item(s) must not exceed 10 kgs

Refuse to transport overload/overweight goods

No refund in case of cancellation due to violation of baggage regulations
Children & Pregnant Passengers

Children under the age of 3 or under 100 cm are allowed to share seat/bed with their parents

Children from the age of 3 or from 100 cm have to buy ticket as adult

Pregnant women need to ensure health during the trip

The operator has the right to cancel tickets if passengers do not comply with the regulations on children and pregnant women
Animals/Pets

Animals/Pets are not allowed.
